Bookmark

Hi everyone,
Bit of different challenge today, I've broken away from cards and made a bookmark.
I am going to enter it into One Stop Craft Challenge which was to make something that is not a card, and Creative Inspiration which was to make a bookmark.
There is no stamping on it. The papers and ribbon is from my stash and the white flowers are Heidi Swapp Fuzzy run ons that I found hiding at the back of a cupboard. I'm not sure if they make them any more but I think they are great.

Till next time,

It's a girl!!

Hi Everyone,
Haven't made a birth congrats card for a while so thought I would give it a go. Sadly I don't know any expectant momma's but will keep this until I do. I am entering the card into 5 challenges:
Annabelle Stamps Blog - Say it with a bow
Prairie Fairy - Punch it (punched the corners of the image)
Stamp Something - Digital

Stampin for the Weekend - Anything goes.

The image was from Phindy's Place and coloured with Lyra Aquacolours. I used a Carl corner punch and the sentiment is a Making Memories rub on. Everything else was from my stash.

Thanks for looking,

Cuttlebug Challenge

Hi everyone,
Today I have tried something I have never done before and that made it a real challenge. It is to make a sympathy card. I figured it needed to be a simple card, not something that is in your face and has to be along classic lines. This is what I came up with. I couldn't match it to any other challenges so it is just being entered into the Cuttlebug challenge.

Materials used were:
Image - An unmounted stamp and I cannot find a makers name, only plate 43C.
Stamped with charcoal chalk ink and heat embossed using Judikins embossing powder.
The background was embossed using Cuttlebug, forest branches folder.
Sentiment was a Personal Impressions stamp.
Everything else was from my stash.

Till next time,
